How Premier Academy Is Keeping Your Child Safe During The COVID-19 Crisis

How Premier Academy Is Keeping Your Child Safe During The COVID-19 Crisis

At Premier Academy Child Enrichment Center, there is nothing more important than keeping our children, families, and employees safe and healthy. In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, we remain in close communication with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state and local health departments, and medical professionals. Our number one priority is to provide you and your family with the safest and healthiest possible environment for your children to play, learn and grow!

In addition to our already stringent health procedures, we have implemented the additional safeguards to put the minds of Premier Academy families at ease during these difficult times:

  • Children and staff have their temperature taken twice each day with the time and results  recorded.
  • Adults drop-off and pick-up children at the front door to keep the number of people entering the center at a minimum. Staff are there to assist with this process.
  • An additional mid-day cleaning of toys has been added to our schedule.
  • Staff records attendance so parents are not required to use the touch screen in the entry-way.

Finally, for the past eight years, Premier Academy has used the ZONO Ozone Sanitizing Cabinet to keep our facility as clean and safe as possible. The ZONO Ozone Sanitizing Cabinet kills 99.9% of common bacteria and 99.99% of common viruses on non-porous, porous and semi-porous surfaces. To learn more about how ZONO works you can visit www.zonotechnologies.com.

At Premier Academy, we are confident in our ability to keep the children attending Premier Academy, their families and our staff safe and healthy. For these reasons, we are committed to remaining open for the families who depend on us for their child’s early education.

If you are looking for temporary or backup childcare because your current arrangement is unavailable during the COVID-19 crisis, please reach out to us. We will do all that we can to help families like yours who are struggling with childcare issues during this difficult time.

Bed-Wetting is a Frustrating – but Normal – Stage of Development

Children who wet the bed do so because they are not physically capable of staying dry through the night. And unless they have other symptoms, it is almost always completely normal. That doesn’t make it any less frustrating for children and their parents, however.
